Treefolk-type creatures in Magic: the Gathering are sentient trees. A large majority of the cards are green and tend to cost a lot of mana. Trample and Reach are common keywords on Treefolk cards in MTG. Dominaria and Lorwyn-Shadowmoor are two key planes featuring these creatures in the lore.
